Quick start (FFA)
  • 1) Define ONE clear objective (what change are we trying to achieve?).
  • 2) Participants add Driving forces and Restraining forces with weights.
  • 3) Facilitator reviews top forces and agrees actions (boost drivers / reduce restrainers).
How to use the UI well

Participant

  • Write forces as short statements (e.g., 'Staff training time').
  • Add a brief comment explaining why it matters.
  • Use weights consistently (agree a scale).

Facilitator

  • Agree the scoring scale first (e.g., 1–5).
  • Encourage evidence-based comments (examples).
  • After collection, focus on the top 3–5 forces in each direction.
Adding users (Owner)

Owner

  • Go to Admin → Users.
  • Create facilitators for colleagues who will run FFA sessions.
  • Only the platform owner may be allowed to create other owners (safety).
Export / after the session
  • After the session, export or back up from Admin if available.
  • If AI notes are enabled, refresh them after enough submissions for a better summary.
Troubleshooting
  • If you see a login screen for Users/Admin, log in at /admin/login.
  • If people submit inconsistent weights, pause and re-state the scoring scale.
