This notice describes how EduDataUi Polls (“the Service”) handles data for account administration and poll operation.
This is a practical summary, written for educators and facilitators.
What we store
- Account/admin data: organisation name, admin contact details, licence entitlements, seat counts.
- Operational logs: admin actions, draft emails you generate, notification events (e.g. seats low / expiring soon).
- Poll data: depending on the poll, submissions may be stored locally on the poll server. Some polls are designed for anonymous participation.
What we avoid storing
- We avoid collecting unnecessary personal data from participants.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive “special category” data.
Why we store it
- To operate the service (access control, licences, seats, audit trails).
- To provide support and service communications (renewals, seat warnings, trial follow-ups).

Retention
We aim to keep data only as long as needed for service operation and support. If you need a deletion/export request,
