These Terms are a plain-language summary for the EduDataUi Polls Beta service.
They will evolve as the product matures.
Service
- The Service provides facilitator-led polling and workshop tools (Base Day 1, Meeting Mode, Force Field Analysis).
- Availability and features may change during Beta.
Accounts, licences, and seats
- Use is governed by the licence entitlements and seat limits assigned to your account.
- Administrators are responsible for controlling access to their organisation’s facilitator/admin accounts.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or bypass security controls.
Support and communications
- We may contact you about renewals, seat limits, trials, and operational support.

Limitations
The Service is provided “as is” during Beta. We aim for reliability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
